Suffield Summer ¡Fiesta!

The Suffield Arms is excited to announce a very special Summer Fiesta to celebrate the last weekend of August and the holidays with three glorious days of sun, music, food & drink staged in the stunning garden of the pub. The Summer Fiesta was inspired by The Suffield's super successful Sunday Sessions music events, which have seen the pub's garden packed with music lovers every month during the summer. For the Summer Fiesta we have expanded the format to two complete days of music and food 12pm-11pm on Friday and Saturday then winding down on Sunday with a couple of bands 1pm-5pm. The music bill is headlined by internationally celebrated sibling trio Kitty, Daisy & Lewis who will be joined by the unforgettable Bob Log III from Arizona, the legendary Wreckless Eric (recent local resident!), Cosmic Americana from The Hanging Stars, sweet reggae blues of Errol Linton, local roots-rock hero's The Vagaband, up & coming rock stars Vieira & The Silvers, East Anglian hero Big Steve and his band The Arlenes plus tons more brilliant music. The Suffield Arms has carved out a reputation for its classic mouth watering Mediterranean inspired menu so for the Fiesta we take it outside into the Garden and make it bigger! There will be a Mediterranean hog roast, a seafood paella stand, med inspired BBQ, an oyster champagne & tapas bar selling an array of the Suffield's much-loved staple tapas dishes plus a Real Fruit Ice cream stand to cool down in the summer sun. Last but but least which makes this a truly unique event - The Suffield Summer Fiesta has its own train station! Gunton train station is literally opposite the pub so anyone on the Bittern Line from Norwich to Sherringham can leave the car at home and take the train. The Fiesta will finish by 11pm so everyone can take the last train home at 11:40pm. For those wishing to drive there is extensive parking on site.
