Angela is a worrier. Whatever it is, she’ll worry about it. But don’t let that worry you – she’ll worry enough for the both of you.

This hilarious show has some stories of success and sound logic, but mostly features stories of unmitigated failure, a distinct lack of wisdom, a little bit of German and loads of jokes.

 

Angela ploughs a refreshing and unique furrow in comedy with her own brand of autobiographical joke telling material that comes with a fully loaded arsenal of funny bone tickling shenanigans and tales.

Angela’s comedic talents have been duly recognized…having won the BBC New Comedy Award back in 2011 Angela’s gone on to appear on seminal TV shows ‘Live At The Apollo’ and ‘Mock The Week’ plus numerous commissions and appearances for BBC Radio 4 such as ‘The News Quiz’ and ‘Newsjack’ as a panelist and presenter alongside her own shows including the 4 episode production of her 2014 Edinburgh Fringe Festival show “You Can’t Take It With You” and 2019 show ‘Cold War Series’

Angela’s not rested on her laurels though…in 2018 she was awarded the accolade of ‘Hardest working comedian in the UK’ award and in that same year was instrumental in setting up the ‘Home Safe Collective’ to make sure comedians got home safe after their gigs plus the less than serious Podcast ‘We Are History’ with John O’Farrell in 2020.
