Participants must present their identification document and electronic ticket at the festival ticket office to receive their wristband. There's no need to print out the electronic ticket, just present it from your email.
The displayed cost of the ticket is made up of its face value and the booking fee.

•Tickets are personal and non-transferable. •Tickets are non-refundable. •The General Pass is valid for all four days of the Festival. The Daily Pass is valid for the entire one-day festival programme. •Camping is free for those with a valid ticket. •Tickets purchased at the online ticket office must be exchanged for wristbands at the festival ticket office, and participants must present their identification document and electronic ticket. There is no need to print out the electronic ticket, just show it on your mobile phone. •The festival ticket office is located in the Espaço Cultural do Campinho and opens from 8pm on 13 August. The timetable for the festival box office will be announced shortly. •Journalists can also exchange credentials (Media) at the festival box office. •Andanças is free for children up to the age of 12, or who turn 13 during the festival. Entry is guaranteed on presentation of a valid ticket by the parents or guardians and on presentation of the child's identification document. Prior registration is not required. •PédeXumbo members and students enjoy a 25% discount on the general pass. •Members and students of partner organisations receive a 20% discount on the general pass. The application of this discount is subject to confirmation in a list sent by the partner association. •Tickets for locals: residents of the municipality of Reguengos de Monsaraz enjoy special discounts on ticket purchases (see tables). These tickets can be purchased at the festival box office on presentation of proof of address. •Discounts are not cumulative. The organisation reserves the right not to exchange a ticket for a wristband for anyone who does not present proof of entitlement to a discounted ticket. Discounted tickets purchased in error will not be refunded. •Daily Tickets (valid for all activities during one day) can be purchased online or at the festival box office, subject to capacity. •All information on accessible tickets can be found here. •All ticket prices are exempt from VAT under Article 9 of the CIVA.
